I am Manager of Customer Success & Enablement at D2L. I'm also a BC certified K-12 teacher, a Special Education certified educator, and a trained classical vocalist/instructor! I support the D2L Customer Enablement Team in our work to empower organizations to maximize the value of Brightspace, by driving the effective adoption of its tools and features. With a deep understanding of digital learning strategies, I design and leverage scaled adoption activities to support educators, administrators, and learning development teams in implementing best practices; enhancing engagement, improving learner outcomes, and streamlining content creation. I support my team in building skills around strategic consultation and change management, to help our clients seamlessly integrate innovative tools that create dynamic and interactive learning experiences. By delivering scalable digital enablement programs, analyzing adoption trends, and providing data-driven recommendations, we help to ensure organizations are set up for long-term success with D2L solutions. Beyond leading digital initiatives, I regularly present to clients and thrive at live learning events. I deliver engaging, hands-on experiences that equip educational leaders with the knowledge and confidence to succeed with Brightspace. Passionate about education technology and learner engagement, I support organizations in transforming their learning ecosystems—making education more accessible, engaging, and impactful for all.
