This fits perfectly with what drives me: the desire for new things, a forward-looking approach and, of course, a passion for communication. As a customer consultant, I am in daily contact with corporate communicators about their requirements for a digital newsroom platform, in a joint search for ever better solutions. What also sets me apart: As a graduate graphic designer with a subsequent editorial career from trainee to editor-in-chief, I know that both content and form are important if you want to reach and inspire people. My focus is on the big picture: the interplay of content, design and strategy. To this end, I bring specialist, methodological and operational skills from 17 years of everyday editorial work, including ten years in a managerial role. In the course of the digital transformation of the media industry and in response to the challenges of the modern VUCA world, I have accompanied several change processes and developed successful solutions for our editorial team together with my team. My strengths lie in the social-communicative and creative-initiative areas. In my day-to-day work, collaboration and communication at eye level are just as important to me as shared values, reliability, loyalty and commitment, complemented by a good dose of optimism and humor.
