I began my career in Finance as an Accounts Receivable staff for one year, where I built a strong foundation in billing, reconciliation, and payment monitoring. After that, I transitioned into Customer Service and spent more than seven years as a Customer Service Supervisor, developing expertise in team leadership, client handling, service improvement, and operational coordination. Currently, I have returned to the Finance field as an Accounts Receivable staff, bringing a unique blend of financial accuracy and customer-oriented communication. My background allows me to work efficiently across departments, maintain high service standards, and ensure smooth financial processes. I am committed to continuous learning and open to opportunities that allow me to grow further in the Finance and administrative fields. With the experience I have gained, I am ready to contribute with my strong communication abilities, analytical skills, and solid administrative capabilities. I also bring marketing insight, strong customer-handling skills, and the ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships.
