I am a Product Development Specialist with experience in the multinational FMCG industry, focusing on packaging innovation and optimization. My expertise covers a wide range of materials, including flexible packaging, corrugated/carton, and bottles. I manage E2E product development initiatives, from defining technical standards, designing and developing packaging, collaborating with multifunctional teams and suppliers, conducting trials, through to full-scale production. I have a strong interest in material optimization and cost savings, with proven experience in delivering impactful projects that generated measurable savings. Beyond development, I also contribute to loss elimination projects by analyzing machine and work process inefficiencies using methodologies such as 6W2H and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Passionate about innovation, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration, I strive to bring practical and sustainable solutions that support both product performance and business growth.
