As a Startup Ecosystem Manager at Google, I champion seed to Series B startups in Southeast Asia and Pakistan, helping them build, scale, and grow their businesses with AI and growth strategies. I have over 7 years of experience in designing and implementing startup programs and accelerators. Before joining Google, I led an impact-driven non-profit organization advocating for a more inclusive and accessible work environment, and managed startup and community programs at Indonesia's most active startup ecosystem builder. I also run a research foundation dedicated to cultural research, preservation, and creative development of Indonesian traditional arts and crafts. I am passionate about leveraging technology, innovation, and culture to create positive social and economic impact.
