About Wiktor Szelenbaum

After moving back from Spain I fully deep-dived into my sales, and business skills. Despite always being the youngest one at the company, I was always known as the most hard-working, and fastest learning at my workplace. At my current position I was able to achieve the top-performing Europe's SDR spot after only a couple of months. When I gained that spot, I never gave it away, and I still am the TOP1 Europe SDR for almost a year straight now. More than 8/10 partners came from my prospecting or qualifying, which brought the Polish and The Netherlands (both countries I am responsible for) markets to an ATH sold, and occupancy rate. With my business knowledge, understanding and hunger, I am also happily helping other departments, and sales management with many on-going topics. This helps to achieve better customer experience, as well as better team results without disrupting my primary working tasks.
