About Wiktoria Malgorzewicz

Throughout my life, I have always had a passion for helping others. Whether it was being someone my colleagues could count on at work, or volunteering throughout my teens. I’m not sure where this want to make a meaningful impact has come from – maybe from my parents, or from some biological nature – but what I am sure of, certainly, is that this need now extends to my interest in technology and society, and how it is I can enrich the experiences of many worldwide. As someone who was originally born in Poland, and raised in the United Kingdom, I understand what it is like to have to adapt to the ever-changing nature of society. The global challenges we face differ from what they used to be, and the need for people who have an intense passion to confront these challenges increases every day. I want to be part of that group; the people who use what they have to improve the lives of others and I strongly believe that my versatility is exactly what makes me a perfect candidate for such a role. I am a detail-oriented individual with a unique blend of technical and interpersonal skills, sprouting from my experiences throughout life, from my personal interest in Literature to my academic interest in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence. I know that Machine Learning in specific, is what will drive the next generation of progress – and I believe my experience in software development, computer science and English, has equipped me with the skills and drive to excel that field of expertise, evidenced by being on track to a First Class Honours in my MSci. The stories of Talos and Ava were the beginning of my interests, but what truly impels me is the change that can sprout from such tools. Our tools would be aliens to the people of the past, but that is what makes them truly amazing. They allow us to do things we used to dream of. I am eager to bring a unique perspective and problem-solving approach to organizations and communities worldwide and provide a results-driven approach to delivering high quality work.
