Wilbert has experience in SAP-based process reengineering, mergers/acquisitions, and system integrations. He has project-oriented work experience at 25+ companies in Europe, Canada, US, Mexico, Argentina/Chile across 5 industries. He worked 8 years in the US for KPMG and Ernst & Young, 1.5 year in Hamburg, Germany for Philips Health Care, 3 years in Dusseldorf, Germany for Arla Foods and 4 years for Vaillant in Remscheid, Germany. Wilbert had project and program management responsibilities for teams comprising of consultants and client personnel ranging in size up to 50 FTE. The projects were conducted with various methodologies including ASAP, Waterfall, Prince2, and Agile SCRUM. For hypercare and support phases he has experience with ITIL-based Incident and Change Control procedures in ServiceNOW. The projects he managed included these systems: • S/4HANA (7 years), ECC, APO/IBP, GTS, BW, SRM/Ariba, CRM/Hybris, HR, Portal systems. • SalesForce (4 years) • Solution Manager (10+ years) • JIRA/Confluence (5 years) • ServiceNow (10 years) Wilbert’s technical proficiency extends to SAP’s FIORI, SLO/Shell Conversion, and Data Archiving. His adaptability to new technologies enhances his ability to lead and organize teams effectively. He is capable of interacting with people from shop floor level to senior management and conducts in-depth interaction with his team members. He is capable to run a project highly independent; yet he communicates to program management and project boards when needed. Wilbert also worked in a business role in various projects. Wilbert prefers to work with project teams and stakeholders in the office, but he has extensive experience managing remote teams.
