I actively identify and communicate risks, aging issues, and operational blockers, providing concise updates that clearly articulate what is progressing and where intervention is required.In addition, I drive process optimization and standardization, developing SOPs, trackers, templates, and training materials to improve consistency, efficiency, and scalability across logistics workflows.
