I am a dedicated professional with a passion for luxury hospitality management. Currently, I serve as the Duty Manager at Botanic Sanctuary Antwerp, a prestigious member of Leading Hotels of the World, overseeing all operational departments including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, spa, and valet. I have been an integral part of the team since 2021, ensuring that our hotel operations meet the highest standards of excellence and leaving a lasting impression on our guests and clients.Before joining Botanic Sanctuary Antwerp, I had the privilege of gaining valuable experience in the hospitality industry. My journey began at the Conservatorium Hotel in Amsterdam, a (then) member of Leading Hotels of the World, during my Meeting & Events Operations and Room Service Internship in 2020. Here, I was responsible for organizing events and meetings, acting as a gracious hostess for events and brasserie services, and ensuring impeccable room service for breakfast and lunch.Complementing my hands-on experience, I have pursued a diverse educational background to enhance my knowledge and skills. I earned a Hotel Management: Distribution, Revenue, and Demand Management Specialization from ESSEC Business School in 2021, which has been invaluable in my current role.My academic journey also includes a Management of Fashion and Luxury Companies program at SDA Bocconi University in 2020, where I explored the unique dynamics of the fashion and luxury sectors. Moreover, I successfully completed the Business Management across Europe (BME) double bachelor degree program, with a focus on European Business Management at Coventry University in 2021. During my time in this program, I had the privilege of serving as the Head of BME Ambassadors, a role that allowed me to develop leadership and organizational skills.I am committed to delivering exceptional service, and my diverse background in both education and the industry has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to excel in the dynamic and demanding world of hospitality and beyond.
