About Will Aufderheide

Bottom line gained from all of my work experiences to date is that I have become a human relations/communications expert with numerous valuable leadership skill sets for succeeding in operations, sales, logistics, problem solving, negotiations, marketing.etc. These skills were initially developed from my first lemonade stand to newspaper route at the young age of seven; I was even mowing our lawn! In those younger years, I worked for a serial entrepreneur neighbor,$2/hour doing inventory and direct mail labeling! As a teenager, I was hired by a country club as the houseman (nice name for janitor) and evolved into the club kitchen, from dishwasher to pantry and ultimately to the hot side. Thereafter, I had a small landscaping business and was also employed in the top sport shop in Westport, CT. At the age of 23, I owned and operated the leading real estate publishing company for more than thirty years in Fairfield County, CT. I managed people, grew sales and handled all logistics for directing this well oiled, successful C-corp. As the publishing business was fading, I easily transitioned into residential real estate sales with one of Westport's top boutique teams and was honored to serve a prestigious clientele with expertise and professionalism. I suffered a brief yet arduous stint with the mortgage industry, getting licensed and hunting for clients during a slow market. I am at my best now. Human skills is my specialty.communications, negotiations and winning relationships is my key for all my future successes. Bring it on!
