About Will Bauer

I am a senior here at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, majoring in marketing and professional sales. I have a great passion for developing my leadership abilities, communication skills, team-work skills each opportunity that I receive. Here at Indiana University, I am continuing to seek new opportunities that arise to further my professional skills of leadership and communications by enrolling in honor courses and joining organizations within Indiana University. Honor courses require for more opportunities to develop these skills, as they call for more collaboration within groups and roles of leadership to be fulfilled in order to be successful. As well as being a member of a fraternity allows for these skills to be developed with potential leadership roles to be taken on. Being an active member allows for these skills to be used and developed constantly.
