I believe business is about delivering the best possible outcome for the client. Being a mortgage broker has allowed me to constantly improve under this philosophy. I'm passionate about helping clients own their family home and am incredibly motivated to assist in building a property investment portfolio. Throughout my experience as a mortgage broker, I have come to understand that most clients just want someone to guide them through the process in a stress-free, no-fuss manner. The main factors that lead to doing a successful job are: 1. Caring about the client: Sometimes clients just want to be listened to and have a professional take the time to understand what they really want. Unfortunately many finance professionals are very good when it comes to number crunching but when it comes to really connecting with their clients they are left lacking. This is what drives me to improve and give the best I can each and every day. Consulting with the client as to which is the best lending solution that suits their needs. Believe it or not, mortgage brokers get plenty of bank customers that have just been set up in a way that suits the bank. Updating everyone involved in a timely manner: This includes clients, banks, real estate agents, solicitors, conveyancers, accountants and financial planners. The most regular complaint I get from client or referrer about mortgage brokers is the follow-up is too slow or non-existent. I recently launched a YouTube channel,"MY PERSONAL ECONOMY" which provides insights that help people answer the question:"How do I make it financially?" The aim is to give actionable and practical tips to understand budgeting, investing, and home buying to empower you on your financial journey.
