As a program manager with over twenty years of experience in IT projects, telecommunications, utility construction, and audiovisual systems, I have a passion for delivering innovative solutions that enhance organizational performance and customer satisfaction. I have worked with diverse clients, including NASA, Fortune 100 companies, and Asante, a regional health system in Oregon. At Asante, I consult with the executive team, directors, and advise a team of project managers and coordinators who oversee the planning, execution, and closure of IT projects across multiple departments and locations. I am also responsible for managing the budget, scope, and quality of the projects, as well as ensuring compliance with best practices and standards. Additionally, I leverage my diverse background and experience to design, install, and support complex and scalable systems for enterprise in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
