About Will Berkman

I began my professional career as a strength coach and fitness educator, becoming internationally-recognised for modernising coaching approaches using elements of research and clinical practice. I coached athletes ranging from hobbyists to world champions, developed and delivered industry-leading seminars and professional education courses, and ran a highly-successful podcast (as well as appearing on many as a guest). In 2022 I pivoted to tech sales, where I rapidly rose from a BDR to AE due to my business acumen, strategic mindset, and strong communication skills. On the way I have leveraged my coaching skills to both formally and informally mentor colleagues. I've prospected into organisations ranging from SMB through enterprise, and into the public sector. I've now set my focus on cybersecurity, where I help organisations to effectively and economically realise their strategic priorities, and empower individuals within them to evaluate and articulate the case for change.
