About Will Bonney

As a therapist, executive coach and public speaker, I combine 3 decades of corporate experience with psychotherapeutic skills to work insightfully and effectively with individuals and groups to bring about positive change. I am an accomplished executive with experience in corporate finance with multi-nationals, private companies and start-ups around Australia, Asia and Europe, and leadership roles in the non-profit sector. I hold post-graduate qualifications in business from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and Macquarie Graduate School of Management, and a Masters of Counselling & Applied Psychotherapy from the Jansen Newman Institute. I specialise in workplace wellbeing, corporate burnout and high performance. My private practice is located in the Sydney CBD and I work with some of Australia's largest corporations to improve the wellbeing of their people. My research interest is workplace stress. I am a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) and hold Directorships and Company Secretary roles within the Australian non-profit sector.
