I am an automated mineralogy specialist and have been working at the Natural History Museum in London for over ten years. In that time, I have established automated mineralogy at the NHM as well devised different workflows across a variety of instruments, previously specialising in LA-ICP-MS. I am an expert in understanding mineral chemistry particularly in the field of ore deposits where my research interests lie. I have wide experience across different ore deposit types but most notably Ni-Cu-PGE, which I studied for my PhD. I am also a keen field geologist and have carried out fieldwork in the UK, Europe, Ghana, Burkina Faso, Namibia, South Africa, Australia, Canada, Russia and most recently Uzbekistan.
