I am extremely focused individual that has great attention to detail on customer service and brand standards, I ensure i surround myself with the best team of people to make sure we all produce the results expected. I create and maintain high performance teams that lead the way in both results and behaviors. I place people development, investment and FUN at the top of my daily list and I make sure I create a progression plan for every member of my team to enable them to be the best they can be while giving them the opportunities and platform to grow and succeed with-in their chosen field. I have passion for coaching others and enabling them to grow and develop their skills. After spending over 20 years in the Fitness Industry in a range of different roles I took the decision to step away from my day to day management and move in to a wider and more diverse role. My focus is to help others build their businesses and become strong, professional, Personal Trainers & Strength coaches, from delivering coaching sessions to sales and business courses, I have been able to help candidates realise their goals and supply them with a toolbox full of ways to build successful business models.
