About Will Carter

Psychological Warfare/Operations (PSYOP) Sergeant with 10 years of experience leading tactical PSYOP teams. PSYOP Soldiers are known for their communication expertise—using unconventional tactics to persuade and influence foreign allies and enemies in support of U.S. Army objectives. Through the use of my training at the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center, I have developed and applied the PSYOP skills acquired such as effective use of intelligence, interpersonal skills, foreign language and cultural proficiency to help sway the actions of foreign governments, groups, and individuals. Successful completion of the Army Cold Steel machine gunner course, and Army Designated Marksman course, I am an expert in firearms handling and regularly instruct new Soldiers in rifle, machine gun and pistol marksmanship. Approximately 5 years of law enforcement patrol experience in a high crime and high call volume service area involving the investigation of human trafficking, gang and prostitution related crimes. A awarded expert in auto theft investigation and recovery, with 6 months of acting detective investigative experience conducting interviews, suspect lineups, evidence gathering and analysis for court cases. Experience testifying in a court setting for the successful prosecution of criminal cases.
