I understand that lead generation and follow-up is a critical step in the sales cycle. As a people person, connecting and understanding their needs in a business environment has always been easy for me. I take a detailed approach to engaging with potential customers and partners, understanding their strategic goals for managing unstructured content and data, identifying the correct solution, and channeling them to our sales team. I am highly focused on providing value and ensuring that customers and partners can rest assured that I have their best intentions in mind. In addition to working with the sales team, I assist in evaluations, demos, RFPs and Integration Services at Zia Consulting. Zia measures success by the results we drive and the people we take care of. We do this by treating our employees, partners, and customers equally around a core of integrity.
