About Will Coppess

I have worked for a number of small businesses during the entirety of my work life experience. During my time at Thelma's I watched it grow from a very small, local, family owned and operated business into an ice cream corporation with products now available in ten different states. Working closely with CEO Dereck Lewis, I gained experience working within every facet of the company including: production, distribution, customer service, direct sales, management, and marketing. It was at this company that I realized I have a passion for marketing and advertising, and was given the opportunity to explore these fields through practical application. In the summer of 2018 I worked for my family member who owns an Agricultural Service business to give myself a more diverse skill set and understanding of another industry. The summer turned into a "crash-course" agribusiness educational experience which forced me to be flexible due to a constantly changing schedule and workload. My goal is to find a position in advertising for an ethical corporation which provides opportunities for creative and professional growth.
