With over four years of experience in coordinating merchandise operations on Broadway national tours, I am a seasoned manager in the entertainment industry. I have managed a full-time traveling retail operation for various productions, such as the national tours of The Sound of Music; Hello, Dolly; Charlie & the Chocolate Factory; and Oklahoma, achieving target sales results in all markets and processing settlements with local theatre management. Currently, I am the First Assistant Treasurer at Hollywood Pantages Theatre, where I support the management of box office operations for Broadway in Hollywood. I was previously responsible for managing approximately 60 Front of House staff members, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety, and handling payroll, scheduling, and reporting systems. I am skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; ADP Payroll Systems; and Oracle Netsuite. I have a Bachelor's degree in Radio-Television-Film from The University of Texas at Austin, and I spent a semester abroad in New Zealand at Victoria University of Wellington. I am passionate about creating memorable and enjoyable experiences in the entertainment world.
