Background
About Will Crawford
I have a passion for teaching and I’m always learning new things. I love a good challenge, completing something difficult is very rewarding. Currently, I teach rural broadband and electric cooperative members across the US and assist them with how to best use and troubleshoot GIS software mostly ESRI-based, but also CAD, GPS import files, and KMLs. I make sure they have what they need to keep rural America connected. From teaching Vice Presidents to Electric Linemen, from SQL updates to Accounting–Mapping integration to how to minimize a window, no question is too big or too small! Some of my favorite work I currently do for our Coop members is writing complex SQL queries and updates, I love the challenge and creating something that makes people's lives/jobs easier. I’ve presented GIS data at conferences. Worked on large GIS projects outside of my coursework during my undergrad. Teach broadband and electric utilities, both onsite, in the office, and virtually.
