About Will Delatorre

William has a tremendous knowledge of the mortgage industry being in the business for 25 years. As a top producer, he has assisted many families in obtaining mortgage financing. He graduated from The College of New Jersey located in Ewing in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. Shortly after graduation he worked at PHH Mortgage for eight years where he held many positions from senior loan officer to mortgage sales team leader to sales coach. Among his many responsibilities he was responsible for sales forecasting and month long intensive coaching sessions with sales loan officers in an individual or group settings to help them increase sales. William was recognized with the Excellence in Leadership Award 2002. In 2007, William joined Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in Marlton, NJ as a loan officer where he was consistently the top loan officer in that office. William focused on lead generation by developing and continuing regular contact with referral partners through meetings, phone contact and entertainment activities. William won the Five Star Professional Award many years consecutively. He is also a Tom Hopkins International Sales Mastery Graduate, holds the Dale Carnegie Presentation Training and Coaching Certification and Brian Tracy Sales Certification. William currently works for Greentree Mortgage Company L.P. out of Gibbsboro NJ.
