About Will Dubbs

I’m an MBA candidate at Columbia Business School with a passion for building innovative, tech-driven products that solve real-world problems. I bring a unique background that blends technology, product strategy, and large-scale leadership. Before transitioning into tech product management, I spent nearly a decade leading high-impact political campaigns across the country — managing teams of over 170 people, overseeing multi-million dollar budgets, and designing data-driven strategies to engage millions of voters. That experience taught me how to lead in fast-paced, high-stakes environments, work cross-functionally, and build with the user (or voter) at the center. Since then, I’ve led cross-functional product teams in the biotech and AI sectors, driving product development, program management, customer experience improvements, and analytics-based decision making. Most recently, I’ve deepened my product management skills through hands-on work in AI applications for government services and through my upcoming internship at Electronic Arts (EA). I’m excited to continue building a career at the intersection of technology, user-centric innovation, and data-driven strategy.
