About Will Duncanson

As a senior at Tufts University, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with minors in Finance and Entrepreneurship I have excelled academically, maintaining a 3.80 GPA while playing football and thriving in various leadership roles on campus. Beyond academics, I have embraced leadership roles that have shaped my ability to work effectively in teams and inspire others. As President of both the Delta Upsilon Fraternity and the Student-Athlete Advisory Council, I have led initiatives that required strategic thinking, collaboration, and a commitment to building consensus. From successfully re-chartering my fraternity to planning campus-wide events like professional development panels, our end of the year athletic awards ceremony and various fundraisers, I have gained invaluable experience in motivating diverse groups and reaching sought after goals. As a linebacker for the Tufts football team, I’ve cultivated discipline, resilience, and a strong work ethic—qualities I bring to every team I join and every challenge I face. Balancing a rigorous athletic schedule with academic and extracurricular commitments has taught me how to manage time effectively and perform under pressure. My professional experiences have allowed me to apply my academic knowledge to real-world challenges and develop a deeper understanding of the financial landscape. During my time as an intern at Parkway Capital and Newmark, I was able to further develop my problem solving and analytical thinking skills while gaining aptitude for conducting due diligence, financial modeling and effectively communicating complex information. I am excited to leverage my academic, leadership, and professional experiences to build a career in finance. My passion lies in analyzing data, solving complex problems, and collaborating with teams to create value and drive success.
