Seasoned store operations retailer with huge passion and drive with a consistent record of maximizing sales. I have spent most of my career in sports fashion and sports. My field experience and knowledge has made me an expert of store & central retail operations. My passions are people and retail. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing improvement in ourselves and seeing positive results. I have been part of early stages of businesses and established businesses. My expertise has enabled me to improve and streamline processes and policies. I have wrote store operations manuals for new regions and currently revising existing policies. I encourage open communications and strong relationships. I have been described as 'disarming'- I build bridges easily and maintain good relationships. Described as naturally a team player and I like to lead by example and can also work independently. I enjoy being faced with challenges and identifying opportunities to improve.
