About Will Flores

As the Founder and CEO of a security, logistics and consulting company, I provide quality staff for high-profile events and logistics for multiple industries in South Florida as well as set up consults and solutions for physical security of properties. I founded this company with my business partner in 2022, after deciding to transition from a 20-year military career with the USCG. I held various leadership and law enforcement positions while honing my ability to lead, train, and execute with US and friendly foreign nations. I bring multiple networks, knowledge, and experience to the workforce, while keeping in line with the "less is more" mentality. Problem-solving quickly and under pressure is second nature, and I strive to provide unparalleled service to anyone I contract with. My core competencies include operational planning, logistical support, security analysis and implementation, contingency planning, emergency management, active shooter response, and personnel security. My mission is to leverage my expertise in operational and emergency planning and operations and security to create value and solutions for my clients.
