About Will Foley

My skills and experience is centered around dealing with people; whether as a people manager or as an agent dealing with customers. I have very good experience in customer services and sales but over the past three years I have also developed an extensive knowledge of the end to end energy industry in the UK. Managing people, coaching and driving performance are key attributes I possess and I believe that this makes me an asset to any company in Ireland. I have also supported in operational management and have most recently assisted in business development on a local level by providing root cause analysis and data to our consultants in order to aid process improvement. Other skills that I have developed during my current role is self motivation to ensure optimum performance from staff and innovation to ensure business needs are met in the most efficient manner. In my current role, I have taken up a much different role in Fexco Merchant Services providing Dynamic Currency Conversion to merchants around the globe. This role will add to my experience and enhance my operational abilities.
