I have managed strategic initiatives for Fortune 100 companies in retail, financial services, CPG, travel and hospitality. Some of my accomplishments include: PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT • Collaborated with technical architecture team to ensure the product could support challenging volumetric and availability requirements. • Partnered with IBM experts to design personalized, real-time digital messaging triggered by customer point-of-sale interactions. PROJECT AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT • Led the successful design and on-time on-budget implementation of a $2.5M coalition loyalty platform. The core transaction processing platform ran for 11 years with virtually zero downtime. • Led efforts of internal IT applications team and collaborated with our integration partner to develop a $20M e-business portal. • Oversaw development and ongoing support for multiple proprietary loyalty programs, each generating from $1M to $5M in annual revenue.
