Background

About Will Gagan

I believe in a future where healthy, resilient, and equitable communities are truly within reach for all. I have collaborated on a diverse team of building experts and creatives to develop a building code compliance platform, consulted with global partners to advance climate resilience and women’s economic empowerment through social entrepreneurship, and researched urban heat inequity to guide the City of Santa Clara’s climate action plan. In my free time I volunteer with Camp Kesem, a free and inclusive summer camp community for the over 5 million US children that are impacted by their parent’s cancer. Across these roles, I have been inspired by the power of community and creativity in catalyzing positive change on local and global scales. I’m excited to bring these experiences and interests to new endeavors. I am easily excited by public health, coastal resilience, sustainable urban development, and environmental justice. I am open to any and all types of opportunities that empower me and others to cultivate a more just and responsible future. If you want to chat about offshore wind or share your vision for an inclusive and sustainable world you can reach me at wkgagan@gmail.com or find me somewhere outside.
