About Will Giddens

I help teams streamline operations and improve current processes with creative ideas and strategies during my time in various roles in logistics/ supply chain/ sales. I have a hands-on approach and love to fully understand the processes myself and my employees are involved in. I enjoy immersing myself in the entire business and soaking up as much knowledge as I possibly can. I understand the value of quality customer service to facilitate the building and maintenance of long-term business relationships. Finding unique and creative solutions to improve businesses and departments and seeing the fruits of my labour energizes me and ignites my passion. Outside of my career I love to travel. I was fortunate enough to be able to embark on a 7 month solo backpacking trip. I believe the skills gained while travelling and my personal growth are directly applicable to business. I love to get outdoors and spend a lot of my free time either on my bike, skis or in my hiking boots in the mountains. I never turn down a good coffee or good beer. Always open to new connections!
