I love excellence, humor and working with people who take ownership and are passionate about what they do - and I build teams that reflect this. I am honored to be leading a team of some of the smartest, most innovative, and creative energy industry professionals on the planet. Since founding USP & E over 20+ years ago, we have helped clients in over 40 countries to design, build, operate, maintain and optimize some of the most fuel efficient power stations in the most remote regions of the world. I am keenly interested in the application of machine learning to human-computer interactions. I love to co-create, innovate, build new predictive analytics-driven software tools. Through our training and internship programs, we seem to inspire others to make the most meaningful impact they can in their sphere of influence.
