As the Director, Customer Success & Support at Squirrel Systems, I lead a team of professionals who provide exceptional service and support to thousands of customers in the hospitality and point-of-sale technology industries. I have been working at Squirrel Systems for over 10 years, and have been promoted from agent to Manager, Solution Center to Director of Support Services, and then to Director, Customer Success & Support. My mission is to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, and to drive revenue growth and profitability for the company. I have a strong background in education and mathematics, with a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Education from The University of Lethbridge. I am a lifelong learner and a passionate educator, and I apply my skills and knowledge to develop and deliver effective training programs, presentations, and resources for my team and customers. I have also demonstrated success in strategic planning and organizational goal-setting and execution. I am skilled in leadership, development, and customer service, and I have a passion for success in everything I do, while helping those around me to do the same.
