About Will Haley

With over eight years of experience in the fitness industry and three years in tech, I am passionate about creating engaging and effective experiences for diverse audiences. I have an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where I focused on behavioral science, entrepreneurship, and strategic management. I'm currently working on the product and customer side of an exciting fitness mobile app called RouteIt.Prior to joining RouteIt, I was the Head of Customer Experience at Ping Cares, a digital health startup that connects older adults in long-term care with their caregivers and loved ones. I led the development and execution of user training materials, product feedback sessions, and go-to-market strategy, as well as partnered with the founding team to raise pre-seed capital and secure pilot customers. I also hired and onboarded two team members and participated in a prestigious MedTech accelerator program. I leveraged my skills in customer service, management, and Microsoft Office to ensure the success of Ping Cares and its mission to improve health outcomes and quality of life for millions of people. I am also currently a part-time Cycle Instructor at Equinox, where I deliver high-quality classes that inspire and challenge members to achieve their fitness goals.
