About Will Hanson

Through my engagement in the finance scholar program and the student finance association, I've had the privilege of interacting with finance professionals possessing diverse market perspectives and investment philosophies. This exposure, combined with rigorous financial modeling curriculum has empowered me to dissect companies and extract metrics that hold relevance across various buy and sell-side contexts. Immersive internships and my participation in the K-State stock pitch competition have further honed my abilities to effectively present analyses with compelling visuals, leveraging Power BI. Beyond the classroom, I am an avid hiker with a passion for exploring national parks. Sports also hold a significant place in my life. I proudly served as the Vice President of the Kansas State Club Baseball team for two years, gaining invaluable leadership experience and leading our club to its first-ever conference championship.
