With over 18 years of experience in the gaming and consumer electronics industry, I spent most of those years working with Sony. I am a passionate and creative brand ambassador who enjoys showcasing and promoting cutting-edge products and technology. I am currently working on getting my CompTIA A+ certification and have a background in digital communication and media, which enable me to provide excellent customer service, technical support, and product training. I am currently looking for new opportunities to leverage my skills and experience in a dynamic and innovative organization. I worked as a brand ambassador for LOCKLY, a leading smart lock company, servicing national retailers such as Home Depot, Lowe's, and Best Buy in the Tampa-Bay market. I was responsible for supporting, maintaining, and installing LOCKLY smart lock displays, as well as conducting product trainings, special events, and demos. I also merchandised multiple stores with a range of LOCKLY products, ensuring brand awareness and sales growth. Additionally, I provided feedback to LOCKLY management on products, sales, inventory issues, promotions, and competition, to help improve the brand's performance and strategy. Some of the skills I used and developed in this role include creative direction, Retail Training, and customer relationship management. Before that I worked for 15 years at Sony PlayStation as a Brand Market Manager in Tampa-Bay. I was responsible for supporting, maintaining, and installing PS2,PS3,PS4,PS5 displays, as well as conducting product trainings, special events, and demos. I also merchandised multiple stores with a range of Sony PlayStation products,conducted numerous product launches ensuring brand awareness and sales growth.
