About Will Harvey

I am Director of the Sustainable Value Creation Institute and Professor of Leadership at Melbourne Business School, Universtiy of Melbourne. I am an International Research Fellow for the Oxford University Centre for Corporate Reputation. I have previously held equivalent positions as Associate Dean of Education, Research and Global, Head of Department, Founding Centre Director and Research Director. I research, teach and consult in the areas of purpose, reputation, leadership and talent management. I have worked with global organisations in the private, public and not-for-profit sector, including running workshops, writing reports and presenting research. I have worked with pharmaceutical, energy, mining, consulting, executive search, government, aviation and food organisations. I have studied, taught and worked with organisations in Africa, Asia, Europe, North America and Oceania. I am a Director of a large not-for-profit in Australia. I was Chair of the Board of a charity representing 50+ public libraries in the UK for 5 years. I have also been the Chair of the Board of a small community organisation.
