Hi, I’m Will. Acquired PMP certification over 10 years, I've since accumulated extensive hands-on practical execution experience. Currently, I specialize in IT and Digital project management with in-depth technical discussion with teams.At work, I take a proactive approach. I enjoy steering projects either being in ambiguous stage or being challenge. I'm willing to share experiences and insights with colleagues because I believe that the more people who understand the latest technologies or knowledge, the more achievements will ultimately benefit everyone (incl. myself).In my spare time, I continuously expand my knowledge on topics related to my projects. For instance, while transiting from legacy ITSM tool to ServiceNow, I acquired ITIL v4 certification; during assessing Cloud Migration, I obtained AWS certification. Moving forward, I thrive on fostering robust expertise in Infra operations, Application Development, and IT project Management.During my career as a technical pre-sales professional, I honed my skill simplifying complex concepts into solutions that resonate with the clients. This skill has proven invaluable when dealing with external clients or collaborating with internal teams/colleagues.
