Construction has been my profession for 40 years. My experience includes working 10 years as A Union Carpenter and 10 years estimating and Project managing for Design Build General Contractors and 20 years as An Estimator and/or Project manager for Excavation and Backfill and Concrete Contractors. all of my work was on the following type of structures. Commercial office buildings, heavy civil site work, government, retail buildings, malls, shopping centers, big box culverts,bridges, fit out of interior construction of commercial and retail, general contracting of building of prisons and correctional institutes, stadiums, exhibition halls, large industrial buildings, general educational and science schools and facilities. site design and development sustainable planning and implementation design/build services general construction management and field labor experience with concrete hwy, structural and site work, petroleum bulk plant and all types of commercial buildings.
