About Will Huskey

Here at the University of Tennessee, I am a sophomore in the Herbert College of Agriculture, and I am working hard to earn a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Construction Science and Management. While also working towards a Minor in Business Administration. I have always been able to adapt to new responsibilities I receive throughout my college career. In my current position as an Equipment Manager for the University of Tennessee Football Team, I have learned how to create alternate ways to succeed in school while juggling my duties as a Football Manager. I always try to surpass the performance expectations set for me, which leads me to be a trustworthy and independent employee. My career goal is to work in the management industry, hopefully focusing on contracting. I am fascinated by the way a contractor can have an empty area and turn it into a beautiful home, restaurant, or office. I want to feel the excitement of leading a team to create something that will give other people happiness. With a strong foundation in business principles and a growing interest in project management, supply chain coordination, and client relations, I am eager to contribute innovative projects that require adaptability and a results-driven mindset. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid understanding of operations management and team dynamics. Although beyond the classroom, I have honed my skills by being a Football Manager, where I have developed an eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
