I help Heavy Civils, Piling, Rail, Marine and Utilities contractors across the UK, USA and Europe find the right people quickly. As the Founder of Foundation Personnel, I’m focused on keeping recruitment simple, honest and reliable. We work across both white and blue collar roles, supporting contractors with the people they need to keep critical infrastructure moving. I’ve worked in this space for nearly two decades and still love building long-term relationships with clients and candidates who value quality and straight-talking service. Outside of work, I care deeply about mental health. I’m working to reduce the stigma and help more people feel safe speaking out and getting support when they need it.
