A passionate fundraising and operations professional with a track record of driving innovation and delivering impactful results. With significant experience in both fundraising (primarily through individual giving, legacies and in-memory) and operational roles within charities and the travel and tourism sector, I thrive in dynamic environments where collaboration and creativity are key. My expertise includes strategic development, individual giving campaign management, legacy and in-memory fundraising, business development and stakeholder management, operational planning, and systems management of CRMs such as Salesforce NPSP. I pride myself on my ability to foster meaningful relationships which deliver change, collaborating both internally and externally to achieve meaningful outcomes which enhance the donor/customer experience. I believe in continuous learning and growth, always seeking new challenges and opportunities to expand my skill set. Outside of work, I’m a passionate about giving something back to the community, and utilising technology to help achieve meaningful change, both of which fuel my creativity and commitment to making a difference.
