In my 5+ years of Customer Service experience and additional year of Sales experience, I have demonstrated my ability to actively listen to the individual needs of each customer and find appropriate solutions - something I'm great at. As an effective communicator with a friendly demeanour, I was recognized and rewarded as Top Sales Associate, after meeting the target of RMB in my previous position as an oversea Education Consultant. With an analytical and solution-focused mindset, I successfully earned my Honours Bachelor of Accounting degree, further advancing my technical skills and software familiarity with various programs including Caseware, QuickBooks, TaxPrep, and MS Excel. I am detail-oriented and manage time effectively, having collated 300 tax returns while maintaining consistent communication with clients to ensure efficiency and no computable errors as a Junior Accountant. I'm flexible, available immediately and interested in opportunities in customer care, accounting and bookkeeping to put to use my transferable skills and education.
