Profitable from its inception, the company grew to employ dozens of people and works with some of the most prestigious clients in New England. 1997: Sold company interests to business partner in order to pursue several creative passions. These have included professional speaking and training; personal life coaching; professional acting and audio voice-over work; as well as leadership and communications oriented consulting. Combining his acting, coaching, communication and leadership skills, he has also served as a consultant for several NE medical schools and training programs. Thru several new and innovative doctor-patient relationship Role Play curriculum, he has worked with hundreds of medical students to help them advance their skills sets in the areas of doctor-patient rapport and relationship building; as well as in interpersonal communications and leadership. 2003: Became a member of the Teaching Faculty of Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston. 2004: In order to demonstrate the irrefutable and dynamic link between Acting, Leading, and Selling, sought an entry level field Sales position with UniFirst Corporation, one of the nation’s largest providers of Uniform and Facility Services rental services programs. Began Selling for UniFirst out of their Portland, ME plant in January, 2004. By August of 2004 was promoted to Sales Trainer at corporate headquarters. By the end of 2004 was promoted to Sales Training Department Manager. By 2006 UniFirst began to experience some of the highest increases in field Sales numbers ever. The increased quality and scope of the completely overhauled Sales Training programs have been repeatedly cited (internally and externally) as a very significant contributing factor to the sustained increases in Sales which continue to this day.
