About Will Mangaser

Hi, I am Will Mangaser, I’m from Tenafly, New Jersey and I am currently a student at Indiana University studying Finance BSB and a minor in Real Estate. I would describe myself as a very accountable and driven individual who strives to achieve greatness in whatever I do, as well as uplifting my peers around me. My passions include real estate, sales, management, and architecture. I am a natural leader and I lead by example; I think there’s no better way to lead than by example. It is very easy to see someone do something the correct way and follow in their steps as opposed to a leader who stands on the sidelines and commands people what to do. Throughout my entire life, especially in sports, I’ve learned how to conduct myself as a leader and truly be a model for those who look up to me through my actions, words, and demeanor. I am active on social media, which is very important to me in order to network and make new connections with people. Right now, I’m focused on getting the most knowledge and education I can, as well as practicing good work habits to prepare myself to get into real estate. I choose to surround myself with individuals with similar goals and mindsets so that we can support and push each other towards our goals. I also go to showings and construction sites with my friend to gain experience in the residential side of the business.In my future, here at school and beyond, I hope I can utilize the skills and knowledge I’ve gained at IU to better my career or my business as well as advise and guide my peers to success. I hope to learn more everyday I spend in the business and to use my experience to rise to the top of the real estate world.
