With over 10 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, I’m a relationship-driven professional who thrives on helping companies grow revenue while delivering real value to customers. Currently, I work at ADP in the TotalSource division, partnering with small business owners to streamline their HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance functions through our comprehensive PEO solution. It’s a fast-paced, consultative environment where I’ve been able to apply my experience while continuing to learn the ins and outs of operational challenges facing today’s business leaders. Before ADP, I was a Principal Account Executive at Dialpad, the leading AI-powered customer intelligence platform. I helped mid-market organizations modernize their communications stack and improve team productivity using real-time AI insights. Across both roles, I’ve built a track record of sourcing and closing complex deals, collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive outcomes and improve the customer experience. Looking ahead, I’m eager to join a high-growth company where I can contribute to Sales or Business Operations—especially around process optimization, systems, and GTM strategy. To support this shift, I’ve enrolled in the Evening MBA program at Arizona State University (starting August 2024), with a focus on operations, leadership, and AI.
