About Will McDowell Ed. D.

I believe the great potential of this country will never be realized until all people are valued and included. Since adolescence I have intentionally invited people from all backgrounds to engage in the work that I have been doing. I have spent my personal and professional life trying to serve as a bridge to connect people from varying backgrounds to expand opportunities. It was a natural fit for me to work in education to do this as in the words of Horace Mann, “Education is the great equalizer.” Education is the conduit of opportunity for all and I am at my best supporting people through it. This has been in the form of a teacher, From my varied professional experiences including having been a school teacher, international education experience creator, principal, consultant to more than 80 schools, and a creator of professional development in advancing academics through school leadership, I have the expansive experience in many different roles at the local, regional, national, and international levels. I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you about how we can work collectively to create opportunities for all.
