About Will Millender

I have worked in many facets of customer service. This includes retail, large call center and small team support, as well as running my own small dog walking business in my younger life. I strive to offer clients a customer service experience in a way that I would expect to receive as a customer.I often have customers that remember me from previous companies I've worked for; that have either recognized me in my local area, or asked for me by name when inquiring about a new issue that needed resolution. This was due to the confidence my customers have in my ability to own and resolve any CS issues. Additionally, I have experience as a stage performer who has appeared on television and film and believe this adds to my ability to interact with people and offer a unique perspective of handling many different types of people.
