About Will Myers
When beginning at Tennessee Tech, I didn't know exactly what I wanted to do, so I chose to pursue Mechatronics because I knew I could do almost anything with this degree. My first semester, I played football and didn't have much time to think about other passions of mine. After making the decision to quit football, I was given a lot of time to figure out what I genuinely loved to do, other than sports. What I have learned is that I love structural design. Not just the technical side of it. I love the thought of being involved in a project and making a company's or client's ideas, goals, and dreams come to fruition. In spite of this, I switched my major to Civil engineering to pursue my goals. I am hoping that linkedIn can help me get my foot in the door of structural design.
